5th Annual STA-BIL Hudson Valley Regional
Saturday, July 31, 2004 OVERVIEW Welcome fellow lawn mower racing enthusiasts! The 5th Annual STA-BIL Hudson Valley Regional is once again being held in conjunction with the Greene County Fair, with proceeds benefiting the Kiskatom Fire Department. We are the keystone event on the largest day of the fair and will once again be prominently placed adjacent to the midway. We will have personnel onsite beginning at 7AM on race day – see the race day schedule for more details. Each driver will be responsible for a $20 registration fee. That fee covers the driver and ONE pit member. We have arranged for the driver and that one pit member to have entrance to the fair. Additional attendees will be required to pay the normal entrance fee to enter the fair (see fair link below) which will also include access to the Paddock. Any additional attendees that wish to have access to just the Paddock area will be charged a $5 Paddock fee and will be required to sign an insurance waiver. The Paddock fee does NOT allow entrance to the fair, just the paddock area. Trophies will be awarded through 5th place, with the exception of the Kiskatom Kup Challenge which will award trophies through 3rd place. Trophies will be awarded on the track immediately following the actual race. The track will need to be dismantled at the end of competition, any assistance would be appreciated. DIRECTIONS New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) to Exit 21, State Route 23 West to Cairo, State Route 145 West to East Durham, Left into Irish Cultural Center, track is on the top of the hill to the right.
