To join our community of like-minded racing enthusiasts, just fill out the HVLMRA application for membership and mail it to the address listed here along with your $35 check or money order. Dues are per person and are good through Labor Day 2004 [they are NOT prorated]. You must be 18 years old [16 with parent's permission]. You must be a member to race.
